韩轩 律师（Megan Han）

韩律师毕业于悉尼大学，现为澳大利亚新南威尔士州的持牌律师。
韩律师的主要执业领域为民商事纠纷争议解决，公司法以及家庭法诉讼，并在商业投资并购、房地产与建筑合同纠纷方面有多年的经验和专长。
韩律师于2007年取得中国律师执业资格并开始执业。作为一名深谙中澳两国法律，且具有深厚财务背景的律师，韩律师擅长处理涉及两国管辖的商业诉讼和跨国交易，曾为多家中资企业在澳洲的投资、合资及并购项目提供综合性法律服务，并帮助许多大型中资机构建立法务系统、处理公司重组并购，以及为企业在澳洲的A板上市等项目中提供法律服务。

顾律师是新南威尔士大学的法律博士，并且持有澳大利亚注册会计师资格。

在加入君瑞律师事务所之前，顾律师在澳洲本地知名税务律师事务所工作多年，培养了丰富的税法经验并累积了大量的优质客户群体。
得益于其丰富的财务经历，税法知识和对各类复杂公司结构的了解，顾律师擅长通过与税务局（ATO）协商谈判，与税务局仲裁，诉讼等方式为客户解决各种复杂的税务问题，并且将其执业领域拓展到各类涉及商业、家庭信托和公司股权结构等商业诉讼与经济纠纷的案件。
