Megan primarily focuses on commercial dispute resolution and family law. With her extensive experience and profound knowledge of property and commercial law, coupled with her strong financial acumen, Megan possesses exceptional skills to offer a wide spectrum of legal services to her clients.
Also as a qualified lawyer in China since 2007, Megan boasts a comprehensive understanding of the Chinese laws and legal system in resolving complex issues for her clients with Chinese background in various high-value cases.
Jeffrey Wang

Since being admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, Jeffrey has predominately practiced in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Immigration law, Civil litigation and Wills and Estates.
Jeffrey started his career working at a large national based law firm that allowed him to gain extensive experience in wide areas of law including civil and criminal litigations, family law and migration law while independently representing matters among different jurisdictions in his early career.
Jeffrey advises and acts in complex criminal law matters at all levels of the court system, with a special focus on serious matters that proceed to trial in the Superior Courts, as well as conviction and sentence appeals heard in the District Court and Court of Criminal Appeal.
Jeffrey has also practiced extensively in family law and conducted cases across the broad spectrum of the jurisdiction as a solicitor advocate, and has always produced outstanding outcomes for his valued clients.
April Xiao

Ms Xiao is a partner at GWH Law. She is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW at 2017. Ms. Xiao is a motivated and committed solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry, and a current focus on Property, Commercial Contract, Corporate Governance and Family Law.
Before pursuing her law career in Australia, Ms Xiao had been worked for King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing office) for years. Such experience enabled her to solve the complex legal issues not only in the view of law but also in a view of business. Ms. Xiao takes pride in keeping her clients’ best commercial interest in mind and being able to serve client in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Jamie Gu

Jamie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales. He is also a certified practising accountant.
Jamie has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, a graduate diploma in business administration, a Master of Commerce, and a Master of Professional Accounting. He is also a member of CPA Australia.
Prior to joining GWH & Associates, Jamie worked for a reputable taxation firm for many years.
Before pursuing his career in law, he worked as finance director for an international logistics company and held senior finance positions in public listed and private FMCG firms. His deep and extensive work experience within the fields of finance and accounting better equips him to understand clients’ financial situations and complex taxation issues when providing legal services along with tailored tax strategies, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled service.
Jamie can speak, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese.
Wesley Qian
Paralegal & Licensed Conveyancer
Wesley graduated from Macquarie University. He is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer who has years’ experience in providing legal service in property conveyancing, business sales and commercial leases.
Wesley is committed to maximally protecting the interests of clients and providing clients with the most professional legal services.
Wesley is proficient in Mandarin, English and Shanghainese.
